Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Unused Licenses: To be eligible for a refund, the digital product must be unused and unactivated.

  • No-Use Declaration: For all digital product returns, you will be required to sign a Non-Use Declaration Form provided by our support team, confirming that the product has not been and will not be used.

  • Activated Products: Any digital product that has already been installed and/or activated on a device is not eligible for a refund.

2. The Refund Process (Within 30 Days)

If you decide you no longer need the purchased product within 30 days of the purchase date, please follow these steps:

3. Exchanges & Faulty Products

We replace license keys only if they are proven to be defective or invalid. If you receive a faulty product, please contact support@pixelparagonllc.com immediately before attempting further activations. Our technical team will provide a solution or a replacement key within 24 hours.
